this is dexamethasone.the strength is high at 5mg per tablet.I am not 100% sure but I think those are Vietnam label.I have been to Vietnam medical mission.The government control of drug manufacturing is not total,even their own people want our drugs more than their own.
Sinusitis is a common condition.There are very effective and safer ways to treat than doing dex 5mg daily.Talked to your doctor.
Some example of treating sinusitis - fluticasone nose spray,budesonide nose spray,betamethasone nose spray and other steroidal sprays.You may also need a swab ID to test if there are any infection.Antibiotics like macrolides,floroquinolones or penicillins etc.
Even if you need systemic steroids,dex is too potent and 5mg may be an overkill.
