可是,青蛙回答说：“常言说：甜言蜜语的背后隐藏着背信弃义.你为什么不提防些呢?”
这时候,有一只白鹤飞来了,看到水中的老鼠在挣扎.他俯冲下去,一把抓住她,连同青蛙一起带回自己的窝巢里.不过他抓老鼠时根本就没看见青蛙；他回到窝巢后才发现了他,于是说道：“你怎么也被抓来了?”
“唉,”青蛙回答说,“我这是恶有恶报呀.我本来想让这只老鼠倒霉,想淹死她的；可是现在连我自己也跟着倒大霉了.”
“是呀,这是你应得的下场,”白鹤说着,便张开他那张大嘴口把这只不讲信义的青蛙吞到肚里去了.
