WHEREAS:-The Seller wishes to sell and the buyer wishes to purchase USED OR NEW PASSENGER VEHICLES on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

In this Agreement,unless the context otherwise requires,the following expressions shall have the following meanings:-
1.1 "Completion Date" means within one(01) month from the date after receipt of firm confirmation or such other date as the “SELLER” and the “BUYER” may agree in writing or upon signing “SELLER” Performa invoice(s); Reference to clause 1.3.
