很久以前,走在路上时就经常会构想这么一个句子“惟有死亡让人了解生命的真谛,惟有死亡”,于是就想把它翻译成英文,可是我英语水平相当烂,只是单纯的喜欢看看英文格言而已,而且这句话好象又不能算对.
最近因为那个33岁年轻司机去世,我又想到“死亡可能使一个人的价值升华”或者说是“死亡让更多的人了解到一个人的价值”,因为这个司机用他的死亡换来了一车乘客的安全,并用死将他的精神传播出去.
再联想到很多文学家艺术家,作品都是在其死后才被人发现,死仿佛赋予了原本的作品或者精神一种更强大的魅力.
实在无聊,就想造句“惟有死亡让人了解生命的意义,而我所能给你的也惟有死亡”,特来求翻译,希望把“我所能给你的”放后面,来修饰死亡.
好象很无聊,并不一定要按照我的句子翻译,因为并不是人人都同意这个观点,我自己也是模糊想出来,真理是要探索的嘛~希望大家能把有关生命死亡的格言拿出来,如果认同上面那个观点的,辛苦翻译一下.
