1.目的:
测试NL210半成品电池的各项功能,检测出可能出现的故障,以利消除与改善.
2. 测试器性能:
2.1 供电电压:DC 21V±0.2V,电流2A以上.
2.2 主要功能:测试半成品电池的充电、过充、放电,过放及电池短路保护等各项电气功能.
3、所用工具:
3.1 NL210半成品/成品测试架.
3.2 直流电源.
3.3 NL210半成品电池.
4. 测试过程及项目:
接上电源,MODE开关选择到HALF档位,将NL210半成品电池放入测试架测试槽内,将探针座推进电池端口,压好压盖(如附图1),POWER开关选择到ON档位,测试自动开始.
4.1 版本及日期显示:
LCD显示: NL210 M_FN TEST
V2.0 2006-06
4.2 电池+A端口测试:
LCD显示: Port-A Test,测试电池端口+A,若端口无电压输出,LCD显示: Port-A Test Fail.
4.3 R_IND电阻测试:
LCD显示:R_IND Test,测试电池IND端串接的对地47K电阻,如阻值在±5%误差范围内,则为OK,否则LCD显示:R_IND Test Fail.
4.4 充电测试:
LCD显示:Charge Test,测试电池充电功能,若电池不能正常充电,LCD显示:Charge Fail.
4.5 充电不保护上限测试:
LCD显示:No-Protect Upper Test,测试半成品电池充电不保护上限功能,若电池在16.7V以下停止充电,LCD显示:No-Protect Upper Fail.
4.6 过充电测试:
LCD显示:Overcharge Test,测试半成品电池过充电功能,若电池电压达到18.0V时不能停止充电,LCD显示:Overcharge Fail.
4.7 放电测试: LCD显示:Discharge Test,测试成品电池放电功能,若电池不能放电,LCD显示:Discharge Fail.
4.8 放电不保护下限测试: LCD显示: No-Protect Lower Test,测试半成品电池放电不保护下限功能,若电池在12.0V以上停止放电,LCD显示:No-Protect Lower Fail.
4.9 过放电测试: LCD显示:Overdischarge Test,测试半成品电池过放电保护功能,若电池电压低到9.2V时不能停止放电,LCD显示:Overdischarge Fail.
4.10 短路保护测试: LCD显示:Short_Circuit Test,测试半成品电池短路保护功能,若电池短路保护延迟时间超出范围或短路后电池不能充电,LCD显示:Short_Circuit Test Fail.
4.11 LED测试:
在各测试项目测试时,观察电池LED1指示灯应恒亮,LED2-5应按顺序依次点亮,然后再按顺序依次熄灭,若LED2-5有不亮或同时点亮的现象,均为不良.
4.11 测试完毕:
半成品电池各项功能测试合格后,LCD显示:NL210 M_FN TEST Pass.如需再测试,则更换电池,按RESET键,自动进行测试.
5、外观检查:
有无外壳划伤,超声不良等.
6、注意事项:
6.1 测试中若遇任何不良现象,可按RESET键重新测试.
6.2 不可长时间按下RESET键,MCU初始化时的大电流可能损坏测试机部件.
6.3 测试过程中,本测试架仅对上述测试项目有效.

Test the NL210 semi-processed goods battery of each item function,examination possibility emergence of break down,for the convenience of cancellation and improvement.
2.Test machine function:
2.1 Supply voltage:The DC 21 V ± 0.2 V,the electric current 2 A be above.
2.2 Main function:Refresh of the test semi-processed goods battery,lead Chong,turn on electricity,lead put and battery short-circuit proof etc.each item electricity function.
3,the tool use:
3.1 The NL210 semi-processed goods/finished product test.
3.2 Direct current power supply.
3.3 The NL210 semi-processed goods battery.
4.Test process and item:
Mount power supply,MODE switch choice arrive HALF file,put the NL210 semi-processed goods battery into test test inside slot,probe push forward battery port,press good press cover(such as attach diagram 1),POWER switch choice arrive ON file,test auto beginning.

4.11 LED test:
