【摘要】财务风险是现代企业面对市场竞争的必然产物,尤其在我国市场经济发育不健全的条件下更是不可避免的,它贯穿于企业生产经营的整个过程中,它的存在无疑会对企业生产经营产生重大影响.及时地进行财务分析,能及早诊断出危机信号,可及时有效地防范和化解危机.对于生存在市场经济环境下的企业而言,各种财务风险无时无刻、无处不在地影响着其经营活动.随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,财务风险研究日益受到企业的重视.企业除了要了解财务风险的内涵、特征以及成因外,更重要的是要掌握财务风险的防范对策,以实现企业效益的最大化.本文针对企业财务风险进行分析,并提出了企业防范财务风险的对策.成本风险是多方面的,具体来讲,比如规模成本、人员成本、管理成本、时间成本、物流成本、营销费用成本、商业欺诈损失成本等等.这些成本都会因企业领导人的整体管理或制度管理而造成一定的成本损失.

Timely financial analysis, can the crisis early diagnosis signal, can effectively prevent and dissolve the crisis. To survive in a market economy environment for the enterprise, all kinds of financial risk, everywhere all the impact on their business activities. Along with market competition becomes increasingly fierce, the financial risk of the enterprise by the more and more attention. In addition to know about the financial risk of the enterprise the connotation, characteristics and the causes, more important is to grasp of the financial risk of preventive measures, and to realize the maximization of enterprise performance. This article in view of the enterprise financial risk analysis, and put forward the countermeasures of enterprise avoid financial risks. Cost risk is various, specifically, such as scale cost, cost, management personnel cost, time, cost and logistics costs and marketing expenses cost, commercial fraud loss cost, etc. These costs will be for the whole management business leaders or the system management and cause certain cost loss.
