Take USA for an example .If they improve the consumer credit interest rates ,will reduce the consumption of residents.China is a major U.S.importer of daily consumer goods,China's exports to the U.S.is bound to reduce,leads to coastal area,export-oriented enterprises,factory orders fell,even large-scale layoffs,the unemployment rate in our country'slower economic growth,affect social stability abd the level of people's lives.
