First, you should focus on your targets ,which could make you can study or work better. Second, if you want to memorize something for a long term, you must understand very well of what the article means. Third, you should watch and read something that you learned today,and don’t lose them . Fourth, you should often eat some food that is good for your brain such like milk, eggs, fish,etc. finally, you should do more practice, have enough sleep and rest,which It's the most important for you to improve your memory.

There are many students who don’t have a good memory. So I have some good advice.
First of all, you should focus your attention so that you can study or work well. Secondly, if you want to memorize an article for a long time, you must understand its meaning.
