This time I want to talk about self-management.Self-management means can determine correctly and act by oneself.Now all the famous people have self-management,and they think it is the most important to be successful.It can help you to do the right things and not do wrongly.In Harvard library,there are twenty pieces of wisdom.One of them is:Nobody can casually succeed; it comes from the thorough self-control and the will.
Self-management is not only important to work but also study.For example when you want to play,but it is time to study.What should you do?When you can management by yourself,you can order yourself to study.So you see,it can help you to be an excellent youth.
Maybe you want to ask:how to get self-management.Let me tell you.First you should be a backbone man.Second you should do everything high rate.Third introspect by yourself every day.Then you can get it.

我实话实说,感觉很中式英语,好像是写好中文再一句句翻译过来的,怪怪的.有一半的句子我都觉的最好能修改下,有的是语法错误,有的是中式英语表达的问题.不过你才读初中,能写这样已经很不错了,该表扬下.
下面我就举一段例子,应该以你现在水平能自己改的过来：

Because I think the people who do not have self-management must be failed.建议把who do not have改成with,这样表达更符合英文习惯.
Believe you can do it and try to management yourself better.发现了吧?try to do,而management 好像是名词哦.
So let us be an excellent youth!我们（这么多个人）怎么成为一个有用的人呢?是不是该改成复数呢?
