本文基于金融危机的背景,运用关系营销理论,并通过剖析我国现阶段房地产市场关系营销现状及存在的弊端,有针对性地提出在我国房地产市场环境下行之有效的关系营销应用策略,解决原本存在的营销弊端,对房地产企业进行有效的引导和管理,并以万科的客户关系管理为例,阐述我国房地产前沿企业采取的具体的关系营销策略.
