WHEREAS Siemens Ltd Hong Kong,Energy Sector,hereinafter referred to as Party A and Siemens Switchgear Ltd.,Shanghai under the laws of PRC with its legal address at 298,Tianning Road,Minghang District,200245 Shanghai,P.R.China,hereinafter referred to as Party B,jointly decide to execute this Service Level Agreement:
Article 1 – Definition
This SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) governs the provision of services by Party A to Party B.The overall objective of this “SLA” is to apply clear and consistent rules for the performance of the service as defined in Appendix 1.A and Appendix 1.B additionally,to provide transparency in pricing and a basis for performance measurement.
The Services provided to Party B are specified in detail in Appendix 1.(Hereafter referred to as the “Service” or “Services”).The Standard Terms and Conditions (ZRG) are set out in Appendix 2
Article 2 – Pricing
2.1 – Service charge per day = HK$17,500.This service charge rate is valid from 1 June 2010 – 31 August 2010 only.Service charge should be calculated by charge rate* days.
2.2 – The service days will be based on the number of days from the day of departure from Hong Kong to the day of arrival at Hong Kong in performing service and should be pre-agreed between both Parties.
