We did not deliver wrong goods.The document photographed/scanned and sent from Hongkong was not the type of document which we referred to when we receive or send out goods. In actual fact, we use another smaller size document, which bears serial number P/N,QN for goods received or sent out.If there is any changes, the changes will appear on this document only. Please reexamine.

(1) 不知<单证> 是译成 "order list" 订单, "delivery order=D.O." 或 单单"document "?
(2) <标签> 是否有较好的翻译? 我使用一般的 "document".
