University is not the place where only award the certificate to the graduates.After your graduation,you have to looking for a job.However,it is not a simple thing,because most of the enterprises not only pay attention to your degree,on the other hand,they would like to recuit the one who have strong ability in practice.So,as a graduate,don't be surprise if you are fail to apply a job.
The university should do something to solve this problem.Presently,most of courses in the university are theory oriented,but there is a gap between the theory and practice.So when the graduates enter the company,they are facing the production in reality,they found their knowledge which learned in the university are different from the practical operation.In order to solve this problem,these graduates have to be retrained in the company for several monthes.
It is time to change,university need to do something to cultivate the practical ability of the graduates.Here are some advices:
First:revolution of the education system,normally the practice is arranged in the final year and it will continue for 3-6 monthes.The duration of the practice sould be increased,and it will be better if the students can take the practice every year,from the first year to the final year,the students will get more chance to learn from the future work.
second:Do some change to the teaching material,more cases which base on the production should be introduced to the students.
Last but not the least:the skills that the students learned must be synchronous to the one which can be carry out in most of companies.
