社会化电子商务是一种借助于社会化媒体辅助销售的一种新型电子商务形式,同时也是电子商务发展到一定阶段的产物.主要是利用口碑传播理论以及网络社区内的互动(分享与推荐)来达到产品推广销售的目的.随着社会化媒体的蓬勃发展,人们也从起初通过社会化媒体工具进行阅读、观看视频、听音乐等行为发展到利用微博、SNS等发现产品和购物.社会化电子商务因此诞生并取得发展.一批具有代表性的媒体工具,例如凡客达人、人人逛街、美丽说、蘑菇街等,在商务营销上取得很好的业绩,尤其吸引了广大女性消费群体.女性消费群体拥有巨大的购买力以及强烈的购买欲望,社会化电子商务对女性消费心理行为上的影响是值得关注的.本课题将从web2.0、社交媒体、社会化电子商务以及女性消费群体的概念入手,研究社会化电子商务模式对于女性消费心理行为的影响.并且对社会化电子商务的未来发展趋势进行预测和分析.未来的电子商务市场终将以“社会化”为主流发展,随着女性消费群的不断壮大,消费地位不断上升,社会化电子商务将是集社交、内容、营销、销售、支付、售后、移动为一体的整合型智能电子商务.它的发展将会颠覆众多传统商业模式,改变商业格局并对经济的发展起到决定性的作用.

Social commerce is a use of a new form of electronic commerce in the social media assisted the sales,but also the development of electronic commerce to a certain stage of the product.Is the use of word-of-mouth communication theory and interactive network within the community (share and recommend) to promote the purpose of selling products.With the rapid development of social media,people from the beginning through social media tools to read,watch videos,listen to musicand other behavior to utilize the micro-blog,SNS et al found that products and shopping.Social commerce was born and develop.A representative group of media tools,for example,where theMaster everyone shopping,beauty,mushroom street,achieved very good performance in thebusiness marketing,especially to attract the majority of female consumer groups.Female consumer groups have huge purchasing power and a strong desire to buy,social commerce is of concern toinfluence the behavior of female consumer psychology.This paper will start with the concept of Web2.0,social media,social e-commerce and female consumer groups,influence of social e-commerce model for the behavior of female consumer psychology.To predict and analyze the future development trend and the electronic commerce to the society.E-commerce market in the future will be in the "socialization" is the mainstream of development,with the female consumer groups continue to grow,consumption rising status,social e-commerce will be the set of social networking,content,marketing,sales,customer service,mobile payment,as one of the integratedintelligent electronic commerce.Its development will overturn many traditional business model,change commercial pattern and for economic development plays a decisive role.
