season!Now as far as I understand if we ask you to ship immidiatelly instead of
shipment in Oct-Dec,you will be able to provide us extra discount (at ;east I
git that info from some other suppliers,that they put extra premium because our
shipments will be in dry season instead of immediate shipments).But according
to last year experience I am not able to prove that we need to pay extra premium
due to late shipment in dry season instead of spot shipment,because I do not
have any arguments that this year price will increase in dry season.In that
case (if not enough evidence that current contract for shipment in oct-dec is
profitable for us to make that contract in August-Sep) I think we have to
consider cancelation of this tender and to make it probably in September for 3
months or spot purchase month by month.Not yet sure about our decision (to
postpone this tender or to make it now).What is your opinion?What would you do
if you were in our position?
