二是出现一批年龄过于悬殊现象.据资料显示,大多数跨国婚姻者年龄层次悬殊,一般都是年轻的二三十岁的中国女子嫁给五六十岁甚至七八十岁的外国男子.
三是出现一批相识时间极短的“闪电式”婚姻.例如有些外国游客、投资者、工作者等,与中国异性从见面到结婚不过十几天时间.
四是外国男性骗婚现象严重.
中国女性的弱势在于,在国外的身份不稳定、对当地的法律不熟悉,以及语言沟通、文化、观念、习俗等方面都不占据优势.不同文化背景所造成的冲突,可能会产生语言交流、风俗习惯、价值观等方面的障碍.
由于各国文化底蕴、历史传统、家庭观念的差异,在跨国婚姻中,夫妻的忧虑和风险可能会比国内夫妻更多一些,有的可能还会遭遇家庭暴力.因而也就需要比国内婚姻更慎重,一定要了解对方的家庭、受教育情况.
