电网故障时双馈感应发电机(doubly fed induction generator,DFIG)会发生转子侧过电流和变频器直流侧过电压,而且,定转子电流的大幅波动会造成DFIG电磁转矩的剧烈振荡,对风电机组机械系统产生很大的扭切应力冲击.为了研究电网故障时crowbar电阻对DFIG冲击电磁转矩的影响,建立了基于定子磁链定向矢量控制策略的双馈风力发电系统暂态数学模型.在此基础上,综合考虑过电压、过电流约束以及冲击转矩给齿轮箱、风机带来的不利影响,研究了撬棒电阻对DFIG冲击转矩的影响以及,在最严重的三相对称短路故障和两相间非对称短路故障情况下,对三台相同容量但参数不同的DFIG故障时投入撬棒电阻进行了仿真对比分析,得到了DFIG采用撬棒保护下低电压穿越过程的发电机电磁参量峰值特性曲线.结果表明,电网故障时DFIG的冲击转矩与crowbar电阻值密切相关,撬棒电阻值对参数不同的发电机冲击转矩影响较大.

During a power grid fault,there will be over-current at the rotor side and over-voltage at the frequency converter’s DC side in the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG); moreover,the large fluctuation of the stator and rotor currents will create strenuous oscillations of DFIG’s electromagnetic torque,generating a great torsion and shear stress to the mechanical system of the wind turbines.In order to study the effect of crowbar resistance on DFIG’s impact electromagnetic torque during a power grid fault,a transient mathematical model for doubly fed wind power generator system was established based on the stator oriented vector control strategy.

On this basis,research on the effect of crowbar resistance on DFIG’s impact torque was conducted by taking comprehensive consideration of the adverse effects on the gear box and fans brought about by the over-voltage,over-current constraints and the impact torque.A simulation comparative analysis was also conducted on the input of crowbar resistance to three sets of DFIGs with the same capacity but varied parameters,under the situation when the most serious fault of three-phase balanced short circuit and two-phase asymmetric short circuit occurred,and a curve was obtained for the generator’s electromagnetic parameter peak characteristics during the passing through process of low voltage under the crowbar protection adopted by DFIG .The result shows that during a power grid fault,the impact torque of DFIG is closely related to the crowbar resistance value,and the effect of crowbar resistance value is relatively stronger on the impact torque of generators with different parameters
