Abstract:“Financial futures” is a necessary consequence of the development of modern economy,the complement and expansion of commodity futures market combined with financial market,it’s also the main developmental battlefield of global futures market presently.Along with the acceleration of globalization steps of international economy,“financial futures” has been made a rapid progress in the past 20 years and exceeded traditional futures.Currently,Chinese capital market is in its important transiting stage,whose structure and operation would change greatly accompanied with the establishment of financial derivative exchanges and the proposition of financial futures species,the structure and operating rules of capital market,and all the participants have to face to some new choices and challenges.However,it’s the demand of development of Chinese Socialist Market Economy to push forward the development of Chinese financial derivative market positively; it’s also the demand of facing the challenges of economic and financial globalization.Therefore,we should make a profound discussion on the newly generated financial futures from several aspects as follows to cognize it,and put forward relative policies and suggestions for the better development of Chinese financial futures market.

Abstract: Financial Futures is the necessary outcome of modern economics, the complement and extension of commodity futures market and financial market, and the main battle of global futures development. At present, China's capital market is in a important period of transition, with the establishment of financial derivative bourse and the marketing of financial futures varieties, the structure and operating rules of capital market will be changed greatly, in the mean time, the may participants will experience some new choices and challenges. However, to push forward the development of China's financial derivative market is required by the development of China's Socialist Economy, by China's necessity to face the challenge raised by globalization of economy and finance. Thus, in order to recognize the newly learned financial futures, we need to discuss from the following aspects, and we hope to provide advice to relative policies for the better development of China's financial futures market.
