3）while attending college在这里只是现在分词作状语,表示（在上大学期间）我晚上在一个零售店兼职.←楼主对完成时情有独钟啊~~
4）这句话的意思是：Jim正在北极享受他的假期.他不喜欢那些被多数人喜欢的旅游胜地,而且他不介意寒冷的天气.这里没有反差,要知道北极可不是什么游览胜地啊,我们的Jim果然是不走寻常路啊~ 次性格从未改变,故使用一般现在时.
