本文通过概述员工激励的含义、基本原则、及作用,探讨了首都机场检疫局旅检聘用人员的现状.面对目前聘用人员流失数量多,比例大,员工工作积极性不高等现状,找出了聘用人员员工激励政策的不足,即:对聘用人员重视不足、聘用员工招聘的主观随意性大、薪酬结构不合理、缺乏良好的沟通和融洽的人际关系等.了解了企业激励聘用员工存在的相关问题以及对此采取的科学的措施和它的现实意义.认为企业应该把物质激励和精神激励相结合、建立科学合理的薪酬和绩效考核体系,建立健全人际沟通的制度,为聘用员工创造良好的工作环境,用企业文化来对聘用员工进行激励等一系列激励政策.从而提高聘用员工的工作积极性,让聘用员工真正的认同企业,在企业里干的有劲头、有奔头.
