Modern hotel industry faces HR risks with high turnover rate when its continuous growth is driven by the fast developing tourism industry. By analyzing the current situation of the Westin Beijing Chaoyang Hotel and the factors leading to its high turnover rate, the author proposes solutions such as upgrading the compensation system, improving the broadband salary mechanism, adopting a job rotation strategy for the primary positions, expanding the promotion space for employees, establishing an effective staffing structure, increasing employee benefits, reducing the labor intensity, helping employees to manage their career life more effectively and cultivating employee loyalty, to achieve the purpose of controlling and keeping down the turnover rate in five-star hotels.
