意大利著名奢侈品牌普拉达(Prada)已于上周向香港证券交易所提交了首次公开发行申请,计划在今年6月底或7月初上市.该消息人士表示普拉达欲出售公司20%股权,招股总额为15亿~20亿美元.
普拉达上周公布的数据显示,在截至1月31日的财年中,普拉达经营收入创纪录地达到20.5亿欧元,同比增长31%；净收益从2009年的1.0亿欧元增至2.5亿欧元,同比增长150%.
去年,该公司在亚洲市场的销量大幅攀升,收入增长63%至6.46亿欧元,美国和欧洲销量增幅分别为30%和20%.
