方法:将对不同浓度KGM溶液添加硼砂过程中的粘度变化使用旋转粘度计进行测定,以及各种浓度的KGM溶液与硼砂反应后的样品进行质构分析,探索其反应过程中的硬度,黏聚性,胶着性等数据经行探索.以及KGM与Na2CO3共混熟化后的样品进行质构分析,探索其反应过程中的硬度,黏聚性,胶着性等,探索出最佳配比方案.

At present, the KGM irreversible gel is prepared in two ways: 1) add alkali to get heat irreversible gel; 2) add borax to get heat stable gel. Methods: To determine the viscosity changes with a rotary viscometer in the process of adding borax into KGM solution of different concentrations;to carry out TPA analyses onthe samples obtained after reaction by adding borax into KGM solution of various concentrations for exploring thehardness, adhesivity, cohesiveness and other data in the reaction process; and to carry out TPA analyses on the samples of KGM blended with Na2CO3 after curing for exploring hardness, adhesivity, cohesiveness and other data in the reaction process, and for exploring the bestratiosolutions.
结果:经研究发现,在硼砂浓度或KGM溶液浓度较低时,共混后的样品粘度值变化不大,但是随着硼砂溶液的浓度或KGM溶液的浓度变大,其粘度也呈现出抛物线的上升,硬度也随硼砂溶液的浓度或KGM溶液的浓度变大而增大.
Results: It is found in the study that, when the concentrations of borax or of KGM solution were low, the viscosity changes of samples thus blended were not much; However, as the concentration of borax solution or KGM solution increases, the viscosity shows a parabolic rise, the hardness also increase along with the increase of concentrations of borax solution or KGM solution.
