（1）模具开启.首先定模型腔在注塑机的作用下向上开启,由于氨气弹簧的压缩力大于复位弹簧的压缩力,推杆固定板和推板在氨气弹簧和和拉模扣的作用下,斜推块带着塑件与定模型腔同步动作；开模行程40mm后,斜推块向内移8.5mm,让出塑件变形空间；斜推块向内移的同时,带动拉快一起移动,拉快在限位导向块的带动下,向内运动8.5mm,使塑件产生局部变形,如图3所示.
