On 3/9/2013, one customer called our hotline to inquire how to extract the bonus scores, I tried to transfer the customer to your subordinates named (Jasmine), but she said it will take time to check and kept me waiting for about three minutes in mute. And I thought that was her system problems and it might cost some time, but when we got through on the line later, I was told according to the regulation my department should be responsible to assist customer on this case. Then, I tried to explain to her that my department had never participated in the bonus case.And I double confirmed with my manager and colleagues, they also deemed that your department is liable for customer's inquiry, but Jasmine still insisted that my department should help the customer. Finally, I quit to argue with her and I redialed trying to turn to somebody else in your department. And then your colleague named Jack answered, he agreed to help customer and admited it's his responsibility. Actually, this is just a small story, but it is not the first time that I encounter that your staff passing the buck. And the point is, Jasmine took a few minutes to find excuse to assign jobs to us, if I could assist customer, I would not ask for your assistance.
