三效催化剂(TWC)是目前控制汽车尾气污染最有效的手段之一.铈锆固溶体(CZ)因为其具有良好的储放氧性能被广泛运用到三效催化剂中.在尾气的浸化过程中涉及到诸多反应,各反应之间存在复杂的相互影响,因此对反应网络的研究就显得尤为重要.本研究采用溶胶—凝胶法合成了铈锆固溶体,采用等体积浸渍法负载0.5%的贵金属Pd,为了考查老化处理对催化活性的影响,对新鲜样品分别在950℃和1050℃含10%H2O的气氛中进行水热老化处理.主要研究了不同反应气氛时对CO和C3H8催化活性的影响规律.通过XRD表征研究了样品晶相结构和表面形态,采用BET考察样品的比表面对催化活性的影响.并对样品的储放氧性能进行了研究.

Three-way catalyst (TWC) is the control of vehicle exhaust pollution one of the most effective means.Ce zirconium solid solution (CZ) because of its good performance was stored oxygen to the extensive use of three-way catalyst.Baptist in the exhaust gas in the process involves a lot of reaction,the reaction between the complex interaction,so the response of the network it is particularly important.This study used sol - gel synthesis of the cerium zirconium solid solution,a volume impregnation load 0.5% of the precious metal Pd,in order to examine the aging treatment on the catalytic activity of the fresh samples in 950 ℃ and 1050 ℃ with 10% H2O An atmosphere of thermal aging water treatment.Major research atmosphere at the different reactions to the CO and C3H8 catalytic activity of the law.By XRD Characterization of the samples crystalline structure and surface patterns,use of BET inspected samples of the surface area catalytic activity.And the samples stored oxygen performance of the study.

Three effect catalysts (TWC) is one of present control automobile exhaust pollution most effective methods. Cerium zirconium solid solution (CZ), because it has the good storage oxygen performance widely to utilize to three effect catalysts. In the exhaust macerates in the process to involve to many responses, between each response has the complex mutual influence, therefore appears to reaction network's research especially important. This research used the sol - gelatin law to synthesize the cerium zirconium solid solution, used and so on volume impregnation method load 0.5% precious metal Pd, to examine the aging to process to the catalytic activity influence, separately in 950℃ and 1050℃ carried on water thermosenescence processing to the new sample including in the 10%H2O atmosphere. Mainly has studied when the different response atmosphere to CO and C3H8 catalytic activity influence rule. Has studied the sample crystalling phase structure and the surface contours through the XRD attribute, uses the BET inspection sample the relative surface to the catalytic activity influence. And has conducted the research to the sample storage oxygen performance.
