三效催化剂(TWC)是目前控制汽车尾气污染最有效的手段之一.随着燃油质量的改善,单Pd 三效催化剂以其廉价和高效的催化活性得到普遍关注.铈锆固溶体(CZ)因其良好的储放氧性能被运用到三效催化剂中.本文以0.5wt%Pd/Ce-Zr作催化剂,模拟汽车尾气组成,在不同反应气氛下(从二元混合物到全混合体系,模拟真实状况下的汽车尾气)得出CO,HC和NOx转化率数据,考察汽车尾气组分之间可能发生的反应,分析各反应之间的竞争关系和优先顺序,研究反应网络.评价催化剂的三效活性.本文使用的催化剂是采用溶胶—凝胶法以铈锆原子比为0.67:0.33制备,等体积浸渍法负载Pd,并对新鲜样品进行水热老化处理得到的三种样品.本为还考察了样品的储放氧性能,并应用XRD研究样品晶相结构和表面形态,通过BET分析手段考察样品的比表面.

Three-way catalyst (TWC) is the control of vehicle exhaust pollution one of the most effective means.With the improvement of the quality of fuel,single-Pd three-way catalyst for its cheap and efficient catalytic activity of universal concern.Ce zirconium solid solution (CZ) because of the good performance of oxygen stored to be used in the three-way catalyst.In this paper,to 0.5 wt% Pd / Ce-Zr as catalyst,simulated automobile exhaust components,in response to different atmosphere (from the binary mixture to full-hybrid system,simulate the real situation of the automobile exhaust) that CO,HC and NOx conversion Rate data to study automobile exhaust components may arise between the response of the competition among the various responses and priorities,study Response Network.Evaluation of the three-way catalyst activity.This article is a catalyst for use by sol - gel method to cerium zirconium atoms than 0.67:0.33 for the preparation,such as volume impregnation load Pd,and fresh water samples were handled by the aging of the three samples.This was also inspected the samples stored oxygen performance and application XRD study sample surface crystalline structure and form,through the means of inspection BET analysis of samples of surface area.
