Regular exercise is a critical part of staying healthy.People who are active live longer and feel better.Exercise can help people maintain a healthy weight.It can delay or prevent diabetes,some cancers and heart problems.
There are various exercises either indoor or outdoor.Examples include walking briskly,dancing,swimming for recreation or bicycling.Stretching and weight training can also strengthen people's body and improve fitness level.
Regular exercise helps promote weight loss and maintenance of ideal body weight.It decreases cardiovascular risk by making heart pump more efficiently and,it also improves circulation,reduces stress,reduces demands on the pancrea and improves our muscular tone.
Regular exercise is very import to some people as it helps lessen love-handles.Yes,exercise does fight flab,but this is not just a cosmetic issue.Weight gain during adult years may lead to obesity,which increases the risk of developing endometrial,kidney,breast,colon and gallbladder cancers as well as diabetes,hypertension and heart disease.AICR's report recommends gaining no more than 11 pounds during adulthood.Regular exercise can help you meet this goal.More muscle equals a more active metabolism.A higher metabolic rate helps lesson the chance for weight gain and obesity throughout life.Also,fun and active outings decrease boredom and time available for extra snacking or grazing at home.
