第一题选D不对的原因,forget to do是忘记了干某事（未做）
forget doing忘记已经干过某事．
你看第一句The lights in the classroom are still on ,很显然,是忘记关灯,所以灯现在还开着． 选forget to do 结构
第二题,中心词在time上面．there is some time left to do sth.
我记得我以前好像看过这么一句话,we've got no time left to do sth.

1.应该是I forgot to turn them off。
sb forget to do sth 某人忘记去做某事 固定搭配。
2.there is some time to do sth
或者Is there any time to do sth 有时间作某事
也是固定搭配
就这样用。

一般forget后加to,而且这题是忘了去做事.
is there any/some... 一般也是加to ,这就是个句型,这样的句子是那边非常口语话的句子!
就像is there anything to eat?就是这样的句型!
"there be doing..."不是这样的!

请注意forget to do sth 和 forget doing sth的区别：
前者：忘记了做什么（该做而没有做）
