The Tuesday on Sept 28 is acceptable.I can arrange a meeting between our company’s manager and you.
Besides,I would like to confirm the following issues before you arrive in China.
1.Will you come alone to China?Will you bring the relevant translator with you?Because of the oral English,I hope a professional translator could be here when we’re communicating in case any misunderstanding towards the cooperation details incurs.
2.Please submit a schedule in China to me so I can arrange our meeting.
3.I hope you can bring a professional Chinese version contract and some materials about your successful cooperation cases or some operation explanation materials of your company.
