He should not only get along well with clients but also can talk to developers, unfortunately these two kinds of people have no common language with each other. What can be fixed properly or can't be fixed with the system will be the emphasis when talking to clients. While when you exchange information with developers, you should adopt another way to express with the words reorganized and all members in test team should treat our clients and developers equally.
