There is no consensus about reading selectively or extensively in our society.On the one hand,some people who are in favor of reading selectively claim that life is short,time is limited and there are too many books flooding our market,so we should select books which can meet our demand to read.It can enhance efficient of our reading.
On the other hand,other people who are of the opinion maintain that we should read extensively.Nowadays,our society,our company require not only professional employees but also multifunction employees.Reading extensively can help people to get more information,more acknowledge,more skills,so that we can meet the demand of company and society.
In my opinion,I consider that we should not go to extremes.Actually,both sides have something right.Reading selectively can make progress in our professional area,which can make our career better.Meanwhile,reading extensively can make us become a man who can apply for many aspect,which bosses like is.Therefore,the best policy,as I see it,is that we should promote the reading selectively and extensively and at the same time strengthen two aspects.

1：on the one hand应该改为on one hand,没有the.
2:It can enhance of our reading个人觉得应该将efficient 改为 efficience,应该用名词.
3； reading extensively can make us become a man who can apply for many aspect这里不能用a man了,应该用men因为你说的是us
4:as I see it不合适,改为：as i consider

还有,总觉得有些地方用的不太native,不过总的来说观点还算明了,转折句用的不错,没有重复,要我打分给你75%的分.
