摘 要:随着我国社会的进步和教育的发展,国内开展了较多的组织沉默研究,但小学教师组织沉默现象的研究还是一个新的领域,且从教师组织沉默研究总体情况来看,国内研究滞后于国外,且国内研究多为理论探讨.本论文选取了小学教师作为研究对象,考察了组织沉默归因,即基于默许、基于合作和基于自我保护三因子,以及工作环境满意度的五维度—同事关系、学生与家长、环境与资源、领导与管理、付出与回报分别在不同性别、学历、职位、是否担任班主任、所处办学体制及不同教龄的教师群体中的差异性.此外,还对组织沉默归因与工作环境满意度之间的相关性进行了研究,并提出相应的对策,为地方教育提供参考.
