其实已经晚了几天了,现在又要再延长一星期,不知道该怎么跟客户说比较好?外国人一般喜欢听怎样的解释啊?
延期的原因是,以前的老工人很熟练,所以这次估计工期是按照原来的工作效率估计的.但是现在换了很多新工人,第一次生产这个不熟练,为了抓紧质量,所以初期的工作效率有点慢.另外最近工厂所在地总是停电,一定程度上也少了很多生产时间.
希望客户能理解.工厂已经在积极的解决了.后面的出货时间不会有任何,不会有影响.

Dear customer,
Sorry for being late. I would like to ask for one week more to dispatch. We estimated the delivery date according the original planning and unfortunately most of the skilled and experienced operators left the company and we got to recruit new operators into production. The new ones are not familar with the operation at the beginning and meanwhile we would not compromise the quality and therefore it is a bit late for us to deliver as we ever estimated.
What's more, the local admin controled the powersupply due to the limited capacity recently. Your understanding is highly appreciated. We have put all the efforts on this and the following shipment won't be affected anymore in future.
