本文采用水回流提取法对新鲜的芫荽茎叶进行水提取,研究提取各个试验如不同提取温度、提取时间、提取液PH、投料比、反应时间、提取液用量对水提取液清除亚硝酸盐能力的影响.在单因素的基础上进一步进行投料比,提取温度,提取时间,提取液用量4因素3水平的正交试验.由正交试验结果可知,芫荽水提取液在投料比为10g/100ml,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为90min,提取液用量为15ml的条件下可获得50.23+3%的清除率.通过提取液波普分析及稳定性试验结果可知,芫荽中含有黄酮类化合物且提取液在低温条件下稳定性好,在室温下稳定性差.本研究结果表明,芫荽水提取液对亚硝酸钠有较好的清除能力,对于芫荽作用的进一步的研究有重要意义.

This paper adopts water refluxing extraction for fresh coriander stem leaf extract,research on water extract all test such as different extraction temperature,extraction time,extract PH,reactant ratio,the reaction time,extract content on the water extract remove effect of nitrite ability.On the basis of single factor further reactant ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time,extract dosage four factors 3 levels of orthogonal test.By orthogonal experiment result,coriander water extract in reactant ratio for 10g / 100ml canister,90 ℃,extraction temperature for extracting time for 90min,extract dosage 15ml conditions for 50.23 + 3% can obtain the clearance.Through the extract pop analysis and stability test results that coriander contains flavonoids and extract in good stability,low-temperature conditions in room temperature poor stability.The results of this study indicate that coriander water extract of sodium nitrite has good clear ability,to further study chopped coriander role has an important significance.

日文:本文は水を采用している海外の抽出、新鲜な芫荽叶や茎を引き出し、水が违う别の研究抽出実験を抽出して温度、抽出时间、抽出液ph、投料??反応时间や抽出液を投与量は水を除去して亜硝酸塩能力の影响を受けた。短要因を基本とし投料、鸟の温度を抽出する、より时间を抽出液用量4要素3レベルの直交実験だった。実験の结果、直交によると、芫荽水の抽出液が投料比は10 g / 100mlは、鸟の温度は90℃は、鸟の时间は90min抽出液用量を15mlをするとの条件付きで50.23 +の3 %を获得できるまで。抽出液のスペクトラムを通じて分析および安全性実験の结果によると、芫荽に多く含まれているフラボノイドかつ抽出液が低温の条件の下での安定性を良くて室温下で安定している
