在开始讲公司梦之前,我先讲讲我进入公司的原因
当我走出大学校门时,我选择成为一名销售人员而不是工人.原因很简单,销售能赚到更多的钱.
于是,我非常努力地工作,超额完成公司的销售任务.所以我得到了我应得的,我可以买最新型的电脑和最棒的手机,我的吃住都是免费,甚至有两名员工帮我处理市场上的工作.
这样看上去似乎很不错?我也这样认为.
但是两年过后,我发现我的体重从65kg增加到95kg,因为我必须配客户吃饭喝酒,回到家往往都是半夜.我有了严重的胃病,因为我的工作.我的身体越来越糟糕,因为我的工作.但更糟糕的是,我发现除了赚到钱我的素质能力几乎没有提高,因为工作占据了我所有的时间.
我必须要改变,但是一旦离开公司意味着收入会减少.这非常难以选择,非常困难.
经过思考之后,我选择了b.我的想法是：既然要进b,为什么不进世界上最大的b.
非常幸运,在面试之后b通知我：你被录取了.在三个月的实习期过后,我开始了b公司生涯.
在b公司,每个员工负责的工作其实都非常简单,员工的压力会比其他大部分工作小很多,如果你坚持你的梦想的话
终于说到梦想,那么梦想是什么呢?在b公司有一部分人很痛苦有一部分人是充满了希望的.痛苦的人总是在想：为什么不涨工资,为什么不涨工资,为什么不涨公司.其实他们生活中最重要的三件事“上网,睡觉,打游戏”就能回答这个问题.
但是有很多人士充满了希望的.同事周女士告诉我：“等儿子大学毕业后我就回家享清福”同事小王说：“存够钱就出去创业”同事老汪说：“年底就和未婚妻结婚”.这些大大小小的梦想,给予了我很多正能量.我感谢他们,让我有了重拾梦想的勇气.
我的胃病好了,因为稳定的三餐.我得体重正常了,因为公司的篮球比赛.我得身体感觉非常棒,因为健康的生活.我能增加自己的知识和学习一门技术,因为工作不再占据我所有的时间.b公司改变了我的人生,给了我实现梦想的机会.
而现在,越来越多的人为了现实自己或大或小的梦想汇集到b公司,而每个员工小小的梦想合并成一个梦想,这就是B公司梦.
愿各位同事都能实现自己的b公司梦想,不分大小.

Good morning my dear colleagues.Thank you for giving me this chance to make a speech today. The topic of my speech is “Our dreams in the company”.

Before I really get down to business, I’d like to first talk about the reason why I got into this company.

After I graduated from the university, I chose to become a salesman rather than a worker. The reason is pretty simple, salesmen make more money.

So I worked very hard, even exceeded the target set by the company. I got what I deserved. I could buy the latest model of the computer and the best mobile phone. My food and apartment are free of charge. I even got two staffs who help me deal with my work (of the market).

Does this look good? I thought so.

But two years later, I found my weight went up from 65 kg to 95 kg because I had to engage in the social activities, which means dinner parties. I barely got home from a dinner party before the middle of the night. I had a serious stomach trouble because of my work. My body got worse and worse because of my work. What’s more, I found that except of the ability of making money, the rest of my abilities remain unimproved. Because my work occupied too much of my time.

I felt that it was time for a change. But leaving the company means reduced income. It was a very difficult decision to make. Very difficult indeed
.
After a deep thinking, I finally chose company b. My idea is this, now that I chose b, I should get into the world's largest b.

Very luckily, I was informed that I had been admitted after the interview. After three months of internship, I started my new career in company b.

The work in company b was actually very simple. The pressure was much lighter than other kinds of the jobs, if you insist on your dreams.

Finally we got to the topic,”dream”. Then what is a dream? In company b, some people are miserable and some are hopeful. The miserable people are always complaining about the low pay. (你这里中文用了三次“为什么不涨工资”,中文有排比增强语气的说法,英文是没有这一说的.简洁明了就最有力.) However they only do three things. Surfing the Internet, sleeping, and playing video games. This just accounts for their low pay.

On the other hand, there are a lot of people full of hope. My colleague Mrs Zhou told me, "As soon as my son graduates from university, I’m gone.”(这里我没有直译,我是译成“我儿子一毕业我就不干了.”英语上,这样子说话比较有气势,合乎当时语境.) The other one of my colleague, Wang said, "I’m saving money and I’ll be married to my fiancee at the end of the year.” These dreams, however big or small they were, gave me a lot of positive energy. I thank them a lot for giving me the courage to pursuit my own dream again.

My stomach trouble were gone, thanks to the well scheduled meals. My weight dropped down to normal level again as I participated in the company's regularly held basketball game. I feel so good about my health. I could finally get a hobby and learn something new as my work no longer occupy all my time. Company b has changed my life. It gave me a chance to make my dream come true.

Now, more and more people come to company b to pursue their dreams. These small dreams gather into one, and this is the dream of the whole company.

I wish all of you can finally realize you own dreams and the company’s dream as well, no matter big or small they are.
