I am writing to you to complain about the service of your restaurant,my experience in your restaurant was really a nightmare.Firstly,it cost us a long period of time to wait for our dishes.Secondly,some of the waiters and waitress were indifferent towards customers,and gave no reply to our requirements.Thirdly,we failed to get our invoices after our meal.
As is know to all,customers are everything,so the service of your restaurant should be improved,including the manners of your employees.I suppose a comprehensive training for your staff is needed.
