D的表达本身就是错误的,前面一节a friend of my mother's不会错,错在了后面又用了father's,my mother's and father's表示“我母亲的和我父亲的”（即至少有两个及以上,而主语为Uncle Jack,仅一人,造成了前后的矛盾,应将其改为a friend of my mother and father's)
d应该是my mother and father‘s 我爸妈的朋友，把爸妈看成一个整体
D当然不对，of在英文中就是“......的”的意思，改为.a friend of my mother and fatehr就正确了。明白吗?
不过也不知道上下语义，所以只能从语法判断
