Significance of Economy Analysis Jurisprudence to China's Legal System Construction
Abstract: Economy Analysis Jurisprudence, a theory insisting regarding benefits as the basic value of law, is a burgeoning jurisprudence which has been developing since 1960s in the West. After it was introduced into China, through dialectical analysis with the actual situation in our country taken into consideration, some scholars found the limitations of its application to China, as well as its practical significance to China's legal system reform and education of legislation, justice and law.
