摘要：在激烈的国际市场竞争中,我国企业社会责任的履行情况相较于西方一些发达国家存在着较大差距并日益成为制约我国企业发展的重要因素,本文通过对我国企业社会责任现状的深入分析,找出企业在实际履行过程中出现的各种问题并探寻导致问题产生的原因,最后针对企业不能很好履行社会责任的原因,具体给出了促进企业履行社会责任的路径.希望企业社会责任不再是制约我国企业发展的因素,并真正使社会责任成为企业的核心竞争力,从而促进我国企业的长远发展.

Abstract:In the fierce competition of the international market,there si a big gap between our country enterprise society responsibility compared with some developed western countries,which has increasingly become an important restricting of our enterprise development factors.This article deeply analysis our country's enterprise society responsibility and find out kinds of problems appeared in it and explore the causes of these problems,and finally specifically given to promote the path to corporate social responsibility in case of not fulfilling social responsibility,.Wish the social responsibility of the enterprise is no longer the factors which restricts our enterprise development,and make social responsibility becoming core competitiveness of the enterprise,thus promotes the long-term development of our country enterprise.
