as最好改为to be（因为学生还未当教师,用as译为 担任教师职务的学生）
practicing改为practice或practise
witch改为which 或that或直接省略

calling只要call或phone call或phone number即可,无需动名词

PS：同意楼上的as 改成to be,practicing改成动词原形（help sb. do sth.）
另外那个price太别扭了，一般商品上面表明的才是price，改成rewards，或者hourly wage(如果你是按小时付钱的话)可能会比较好
