This thesis is a tentative endeavor to discuss China's market oriented reform of interest rate through three parts. Chapter One is mainly introducing the connotation of market oriented reform of interest rate, combined with the actuality of China's market oriented reform of interest rate, then presents the major issues of current reform. Chapter Two is mostly concern with the disadvantages of China's current interest rate system and demonstrates the significance of China's market oriented reform of interest rate on the basis of using statistical data to analyse China's interest rate system.Finally,on the basis of foreign market oriented reform of interest rate experience,from the angle of establishing central bank's benchmark interest rate and strengthening commercial bank's risk prevention,the thesis is mainly discussing the countermeasure of China's market oriented reform of interest rate and provides the supporting measures of promoting the marketization of interest rates reform based on China's reality.

In this paper, the three parts of China's market-oriented reform of interest to explore. This article carries out a study on China's Market-Oriented Reform of Interest Rate in three parts.
Part 1. Initially describes the connotation of Market-Oriented Interest Rate, and combines with the current situation of our nation's Market-Oriented Interest Rate Reform, to put forward the main issues that current reform is facing.
Part 2. Analyses the general situation of our nation's interest rate system by using mainly statistical data, putting forward the malpractices of our nation's existing interest rate system, in order to demonstrate the indispensability of our nation's market-oriented reform of interest rate.
Finally, this article proposes the implimentation of supporting measures in related to the foothold of our nation's real condition in promoting the reform of market-oriented interest rate,by drawing
experience and lessons from other countries, as well as establishing central bank's benchmark for interest rate, and strengthening the perspective of risk prevention of commercial banks,and through major research on the implementation of countermeasures for our nation's market-oriented reform of interest rate.
