TRADEMARK OR MARK:A word,a name,a symbol,a device,or a combination of them that indicates the source of goods or services,distinguishes the products or services of one business from those of others in the same field.

trademark:A name, symbol, or other device identifying a product, officially registered and legally restricted to the use of the owner or manufacturer.

A trademark is conventionally a distinctive sign of some kind, whether that sign comprises a name, word, phrase, symbol, design, picture, styling or a combination of one or more of these elements.
