There has been a long term for people taliking about the topic on the enviroment problems.Different people have differing ideas.Some people in favor of the responsibility shoule be belonged to individuals,while others argued the human being as the member of the world,have to shoulder the burden of protecting enviorment.for me,I think the two sides have their own advantages and disadvantages.
Some people claimed the responsibility of envrioment protection may too heavy for individuals to shoulder.They figured out that the big companies and even the government have the priority to make greater contribution to our surrounding enviorment than most of the citizens like ourselves.Indeed,considering the aspect in the power society influence,and of a local government hanve the authority to draw up a series of related regulations or laws which may force people to obey the rules and improve their awareness of the consequces after severe contamining enviorment .In that case the effect of protacting our enviroment can be efficiently executed to some extent.
However,the oppoents maintained that if we put our hands together,then it will formed a gaint invisiable strength among the whole world,without the actions we take,and of a large project designed to conserve the surrounding enviorment can be failed in the end.For example,chinese government employed a new policy focus on forbid using plastic bags in the supermarket in order to reduce the “white polution”during the period of Beijing Olympic Games in 2008.But,it is not always the case.Ther is still a lot of customers at a big requset of plastic bags though they realised that it against the rules,thus,to be better support the rules and regulations that the government made,we,indivituals,have to endeavor or make every effort to protect the envionment.
In my opinion,I tend to appreaciate those people who patiently do little things from our surround environment,like,do not throw away their rubbish anywhere,never waste the water even in the puplic place,consequently,not only we can set a goood example for a next generation,but also the good habit we kept can be passed down by more and more people.
