One possible version:
Dear Editor,
I'm glad to conduct the survey for you in my school on the physical and mental state of senior three students before exams. Here are the results.
Over 50% of the students have physical problems before exams. Being afraid of exams, they have a headache and feel dizzy. They become anxious and are easy to lose their temper. As a result, their memory becomes worse. They can't focus their attention in class and are often sleepy or absent-minded. All this suggests that they suffer from exam syndrome, which greatly affects their physical and mental health.
In my opinion, for the sake of the students' health, schools should reduce the frequency of exams. Besides, courses in psychology should be offered to give them reasonable advice. Meanwhile, students should relax before exams and communicate with teachers and friends. Only in these ways can they grow up healthily.
Yours faithfully,
Li Hua
