The main contents of this paper are to study the problems associated with transaction security and trust in e-commerce business.Currently and within a short period from now,the development of e-commerce business within the world context will become a tide and a trend.From the related international organizatons to the major developed countries,the e-commerce business is getting more attention by all parties.The emergence and the rapid development of the e-commerce business greatly change the way people live and their perception.Among all,the transaction security is of the greatest concern.This article attempts first to explain the concept of e-commerce business,and focuses on the two big problems associated with the e-commerce business- ie transaction security and trust in payment and receipt.Through analyzing the current macro environment of electronically transacted business in our country,solutions to overcome the problems associated with security and trust in payment and receipt are proposed.

The article is researched the main idea is about affording saved in commercial IT and credition problem.Nowaday and future ,I think commercial IT will be developed ,must become a fashion and a trendy over the world.From correlative International organize to some main developping countries they are all putting out correlative laws ,many liner joining activites so that more and more people have realized that commercial IT's appearing and developping is great changes their life and idea.Among them credition problem is attentioned .
At first ,thhe article is explainning the commercial IT,second,introducing the saving afford and the credition problem.Through just my analyse ,please put forward some suggestion to deal with these two important problemes.

This paper mainly discussed the transaction security and credit issues in e-commerce business. Currently and in the near future, e-commerce is and will lead the world business trend. E-commerce has never been given such a close attention from various aspects of life, as international organizations as well as many developed countries have made great effort in e-commerce standardization and regulation, not to mention that netizens utilize this new means of trade in an enthusiastic manner. The rapid development of e-commerce business has significantly changed people’s concept and lifestyle. However, among many issues associated with e-commerce, transaction issue has been of the most concerns. This paper started with an explanation on the concept of e-commerce business, followed by a more detailed discussion on two problems in e-commerce, namely transaction security and credit issues. Suggestions on possible solutions towards these problems are provided after a thorough analysis on current macro scenario of e-commerce in our country.
