II. The nature of the scientific outlook on development is the movement of civilization.
今日的科学发展观不再是西方唯心主义或唯物主义的哲学,不再用非白即黑的矛盾论看待万事万物.矛盾论是博弈的最终结构,它显示了粗暴斗争的简单性.它只能显示博弈的动机,还不能称为博弈的思维.其实,革命斗争哲学并没有在辩证的发扬和放弃中,利用博弈的手段给以和解,而和解的有效性应该是哲学的功能.西方斗争哲学中的属性是局限的鲁莽哲学,它只能表现出勇敢和对抗的博弈优势,这只能说是对一部分生命的尊重.任何一个人不需要学习,利用这种单一斗争的方式,就可以形成对抗,但这不会解决任何问题,反而造成翻来覆去的争论和无休止的纠缠.
Today, the scientific outlook on development is no longer the Western idealism or materialism philosophy and does not look at things using the all-or-nothing contradiction theory. The contradiction theory is the final structure of game theory, which demonstrates the simplicity of brutal struggles and can only reflect the motives of game. Therefore, it cannot be regarded as the thoughts of game theory. In fact, the philosophy of revolutionary struggle does not end with reconciliation during dialectic advocating and abandoning; but the effectiveness of reconciliation should be the function of philosophy. The Western philosophy of struggle is in fact a circumscribed, rash philosophy, which only reflects the game advantage of bravery and confrontation, which can only be considered as respect for some life. None needs to learn such philosophy, but the simple form of struggle constitutes confrontation. However, this does not solve any problem, but results in endless disputes and struggles.

The first essential element of the scientific outlook on development is development, the basic requirements of which are all-rounded coordination and sustainability and the fundamental method of which is to make overall plans and take all factors into consideration. All these reflect the theory of Nyaya concept of the scientific outlook on development. Science is the everlasting theme of the nature; development is growth, the natural characteristic of continuity; concept is the center of all cultures. By studying carefully the scientific outlook on development, we find that it is a civilization model of fast development of the modern society that is evolved from Marx’s revolutionary struggle thoughts. Such an evolution is the cultural openness of the age. With the scientific outlook on development, people of this age will have soaring development in terms of their intelligence, knowledge, and their understanding of the world.
