IT项目沟通管理是现代项目管理重要领域之一,包括为保证及时与合理地生成、收集、分发、储存、提取及最终利用IT项目信息所需要的各过程.旨在为保证各项目干系人(包括项目团队、关系人、客户及发起人)及时得到信息并对信息做出相应的反应.IT项目沟通几乎贯穿于IT项目的每个环节,有效的IT项目沟通管理促成项目的成功,各项目干系人都应明白沟通会对项目产生怎样的影响,可以说,沟通的成败将决定整个项目的成败.本文从项目沟通管理的定义出发,将分成四个IT项目沟通过程阶段：项目初始,项目生成实施,项目交付结尾,项目外部环境过程,揭露这四个阶段中所出现的沟通问题,并加以分析,得出自己的解决方案,并用一个优秀案例证明IT 项目沟通管理的可行性.从而揭示项目沟通的重要性,分析项目沟通管理的技巧及方式,阐述了沟通管理应坚持的几项原则.下面我将会在我实习过程中对IT项目各阶段的问题进行一次汇总与分析.

This article from the project communication management, based on the definition of IT projects will be divided into four stages: the initial project communication process, project implementation, generating the project delivery end external environment, the project process, show the four stages of the problems of communication, and appear to analyze and to draw their own solutions, and a good case showed IT project feasibility of communication management. And reveals the importance of communication projects, analyze project management skills and communication way communication management, this paper expounds several principles should be insisted on. Below I will be in my practice teaching process to the IT project every stage of the problem on a summary and analysis.
