This paper mainly the analytical hierarchy process (ahp) from eight aspects of performance assessment library,with specific mathematical model to illustrate this eight index of the primary and secondary relations.Using hierarchical structure of related calculation we get the library staff performance appraisal is the largest index weight.The analytical hierarchy process (ahp) not only summarizes the past work experiences and achievements and that the future development and the direction of the adjustment,truly fair,fair,efficient evaluation.

This paper mainly assesses the performance of libraries from eight perspectives by means of the hierarchy analysis method, before illustrating the priorities of the eight indexes via a specific mathematical model. Relevant calculation with the hierarchy structure results in the fact that the index of librarian performance assessment has the greatest weight. The hierarchy analysis method not only sums up the work experience and results in the past, but also points out the development and adjustment direction in future, thus enabling assessment in a truly fair, impartial and efficient manner.
