就全国范围内来看,2005年全国女性就业人员月均收入465.51元,而男性是685.63,仅仅是男性的67.75%；
分城乡看,城镇女性收入远远高于农村.城镇女性是719.23元,农村女性仅为296.91元.而对于男女两性的收入差异,农村更甚于城镇,城镇女性月收入是男性的72.14%,高于全国平均水平（67.75%）,且低于农村（65.32%）6.82个百分点.
不同地区间性别收入比值（女性占男性收入比值）差异明显.比如,城镇女性占男性收入比值最高的天津高出最低的安徽22.68个百分点；而农村地区最高最低之间的差值则高达38.47.同等的制度框架内,有些地区两性的收入平等已经达到很高的水平,而另一些地区则两性收入差距很大.

Difference between men and women revenues In the average of the urban,rural and the whole country,the highest and lowest revenues of women are lower than that of men; from the point of multiple rate of the highest and lowest revenue levels,the difference among women revenues is greater than that among men revenues.In the whole country,the average monthly income of women employees in 2005 is 465.51Yuan,it is just 67.75% of men’s income,which is 658.63 Yuan; As to the urban and rural,the urban women revenues are greatly higher than rural ones.The former is 719.23Yuan,while the later is only 296.91Yuan.Besides,in the difference of men and women revenues,the rural areas are more severe than urban places.The urban women revenues are 72.14% of men income,which is higher than the national average level (67.75%) and 6.82% lower than the rural level.In addition,the difference is significant for ratio of sex revenues (i.e.the ratio of women revenue accounting for men incomes) in different areas.For instance,the highest ratio area Tianjin is 22.68% higher than that in Anhui province; what’s worse,the difference between the highest and lowest ratio in rural areas is up to 38.47.In the same system framework,the revenue equality between men and women in some areas has reached a high level,however,the difference is still very serious in some other areas.So it is shown that there is still sharp difference between men and women revenues.(累死了!)
